Max Tsang is the Founder and Director of GreenCo ESG Advisory Pte. Ltd. . He possesses over 18 years of professional experience in financial consulting and sustainability advisory. Since establishing GreenCo in 2016, he has directed ESG strategy, climate-related disclosure enhancements, and corporate governance frameworks for more than across Hong Kong, Singapore, Chinese Mainland, and international markets.

With a comprehensive background spanning accounting, finance, statistics, and sustainability, Max specializes in translating complex international regulatory frameworks into practical corporate workflows. He has delivered more than 100 professional presentations on ESG integrations, helping boards of directors and fund managers align their commercial objectives with long-term climate resilience and robust risk management.

Stephanie Chan
Co-Owner & Principal Consultant

Stephanie Chan is the Co-Owner and Principal Consultant at GreenCo, serving as the lead project manager for the firm’s core ESG disclosure and climate risk workstreams. She has over 6 years of sustainability consulting experience, specializing in sustainability disclosures, carbon accounting, and climate risk framework advisory. Stephanie has successfully directed ESG reporting programs for more than 30 major listed enterprises, including complex integrated resort operations, cross-border F&B chains, and licensed financial institutions.

Stephanie combines deep environmental science expertise with investment-chain literacy, enabling her to formulate robust carbon management plans that effectively meet both regulatory standards and investor expectations. Notably, she has spearheaded the design and implementation of GreenCo’s internal ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System for ESG and climate risk advisory services, assuring clients of consistent technical precision.

Marvin possesses more than 15 years of experience in the professional service industry, including in auditing, internal control advisory, and financial due diligence.. As a Director within the Valtech & GreenCo Group, he leads the risk consulting division through partner firm Valtech Risk Consulting Limited, providing the robust corporate governance framework required to back up sustainability mandates.

While his historical experience includes extensive asset disclosure support for state-owned assets, public listed circular filings, and private entities across diverse economic sectors, his focus within the group’s ecosystem ensures that non-financial ESG data collection is anchored in stable internal controls.

Jimmy brings more than 15 years of professional advisory experience to the Valtech & GreenCo Group, with a career rooted in global accounting networks and premier international advisory firms. Holding advanced qualifications in financial risk management and investment, Jimmy bridges the gap between capital market expectations and ESG implementation.

He advises corporate groups, technology start-ups, and financial institutions on navigating technical compliance and strategic restructuring, ensuring that sustainability objectives are integrated into long-term enterprise value.
