More than 5000 organizations/companies have publicly demonstrated their responsible investment commitment by becoming the signatory of the PRI. Being a signatory not only demonstrates a company’s Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) commitment, but also identifies and minimises the ESG-associated risks in the early stage. More importantly, being a signatory gains a positive reputation for the company, and it is believed that more investors will emphasise ESG topics in the coming years.
GreenCo is up for helping companies prepare to become a signatory of the PRI. New signatories are entitled to a one-year grace period during which reporting is voluntary. Reporting is then compulsory for every signatory to track their progress and achievements.
According to the reporting framework, each signatory is required to answer questions about the following modules.
GreenCo, as a consultancy firm, can advise on companies’ ESG-related policies and sustainability approaches so as to fulfill the PRI requirement. The question types of each module vary, including short and open-end questions, fill in numbers, and multiple choices. GreenCo is equipped with adequate knowledge to guide companies in filling the questionnaires with specific ESG questions.
