In early November, the Hong Kong Exchange announced that the implementation of the amendments on the Listing Rules will be postponed to 1 January 2025. This allows companies to have more time to familiarize themselves with the enhanced climate disclosures. Despite the postponement, we have taken proactive steps to support companies that wish to prepare earlier for the forthcoming enhancements.
